Renovating your home is an exciting, but sometimes stressful process. To help ease your worries, we’re sharing the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see the answer to your question here, reach out to us directly!

1. What’s your lead time?

For most projects, it takes us 4 - 5 weeks to build and install new cabinets. When the cabinets are complete, our countertop partners install your beautiful new countertops, which usually takes another 7 - 10 days.

2. What is your payment schedule like?

We request a 30% down payment to begin manufacturing, then another 30% before we begin installing your cabinets. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

3. Which areas do you service?

We serve the Cold Lake and surrounding areas, but we also travel. We’ve completed projects as far away as Edmonton and Fort McMurray.

4. Is hardware included in your quoted price?

Yes! Our kitchens are turnkey, so once we’re done, they’re 100% ready for you to enjoy.

5. Can you help me with my design?

Yes, we’d love to! We’ve designed and built thousands of kitchens and bathrooms, so we’re happy to share our expertise to create a beautiful, functional room. We’ve also customized many rooms to be handicap accessible, so no matter your needs, we’ll help you create the perfect space.

6. Do you have a showroom?

We do! Our showroom has material samples, photos of our work, and everything else you need to test out combinations and design your perfect space. You can stop in M-F from 7AM - 4PM to start exploring. If you can’t make it during our normal business hours, we can also make an appointment for you to visit in the evening or on a Saturday.
